  'dr' kostomo is the Jekyll and hyde of medicine. we had a normal discussion about a script for alprazolam. when it appeared I was correct on some aspects of taking the meds he suddenly sat up from a chair and started yelling above loud and was flailing his arms spitting as he yelled at me. another young woman ass't was trying to calm him down but he just continued to yell and wave his arms. when I got home I called police and made a report.
  the next day I called and immediately an ass't made it sound like the incident was my fault. she advised to not come back as if I was. she was calm and acted like nothing happened. this dr. should be band forever to practice medicine.

  The office staff was very friendly, however Dr. Kostamo was far from it. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a health care setting.
  
  I felt extremely uncomfortable and left feeling very uneasy. He had had a very aggressive tone of voice and aggressive mannerisms.
  
  He rambled off topic about magicians and not believing in psychics, which was unrelated to my visit and the conversation.
  
  I agree 100% with this other patients review:
  "Had only one direct experience with him, which was most unpleasant and upsetting in a professional setting. I won't allow anyone to speak to me in that manner and won't be disrespected or threatened, which is how I felt after our conversation. May be a good physician, but not a very nice human being."
