  I am not a reviewer by any stretch of the imagination but I wanted to right some wrongs. I am a reader of reviews and use them in my decisions. St Pete Scooter changed hands and there are some reviews out there that do not reflect the current owners or management in my opinion because of the experience I had with them. I purchased a scooter from Shane and Michelle at St. Pete Scooter on October 5. I went into the showroom and browsed their in stock selection. They exclusively sell Wolf branded scooters (a brand that I was not familiar with). After walking me through all of the different types of scooters and educating me on the features and benefits of each, I felt confident in my scooter choice. Through casual conversation Michelle found out that my favorite color was orange and instead of taking the quick sale and selling me something from the sales floor, she offered to order me the scooter of my choice in the color of my choice. This was Fantastic. The scooter arrived the next day and Shane expertly assembled the scooter and made all of the needed adjustments to make it fit me. He gave me suggestions for accessories (no he wasn't trying to sell me) and where I could get them. Fast forward a few weeks, My headlights went out and I called Shane. He was willing to get me in the same day but I opted for Saturday morning because of my schedule. It appeared to be user error and Shane had it fixed in no time. They treated me as I was the only priority from start to finish in both sales and service. This is impressive as they are very busy in the shop and showroom. I highly recommend this business.
