  We have friends that live in Americana Cove in St. Petersburg, Fl., who told us that this community is wonderful. We visited the mobile home park and found it to be exceptionally nice. We returned with interest in purchasing in this park and were introduced to sales representative Debbie Brown. She was terrible and unprofessional in her actions and words. Our friends warned us about her, but, we were not prepared for that attitude. We will continue to warn others up north about her.

  Americana Cove is a little piece of Paradise! My husband and I relocated to St Petersburg 8 years ago and loved all the amenities of the Cove. What a thrill it is to see manatee and dolphins swim at our dock along with all the beautiful egrets and blue heron.
  There are so many clubs and activities to cater to anyone’s special interest.
  
  It is so conveniently located to downtown St Pete, the Tampa International Airport, world class dining and museums. Debbie Brown was our realtor and we are so very pleased that we made Americana Cove our “forever home”.
