  It seems if you are willing to spend several dollars then you are entitled to the assistance of both employees when cashing out. I patiently waited assuming one of the two cashiers would offer to ring up my one measly card only to watch as they both waited on a couple who was spending well over $100. Even if by chance the one cashier was a trainee, the trainer could easily have waited on the only other customer in line(me) and still been in close proximity to the trainee (this is the only possible reason I can think of for this total neglect of service even though it is still not an acceptable practice). I finally laid the card on the counter and asked if one of them could return it to stock as I am not waiting any longer. As I walked out the door one of the clerks said "Merry Christmas" in what seemed to be a sarcastic tone. Needless to say their customer service is now like a lot of other places - non-existent. Thank Heavens there are other places to buy Hallmark cards.

  Good place in St. Petersburg to find a card for any occassion. High end items can be bought here as well as other unique gift items.
