  This place has changed their parking lot rules like 4 times in 2 years, they have tow truck companies prowling and looking to tow your car. The staff is condescending and incompetent. They have 1 meter for water and split the price between all the apartments. My water bill went up every month while living there. Also dont move here if you ever expect to get your deposit back. No matter how clean you leave this place they will keep your deposit and send you a bill when you move out. They are crooks in my opinion. Also, there are giant turds everywhere so watch where you step.

  The plumbing sucks - be prepared for black soot to come out of your pipes and water to back up into your sinks. Also maintenance sucks - be prepared to call them out 3 times. Once to make the problem worse. Second time to tell you there is no problem. and third time to finally fix it. That process repeated itself consistently during my 2 year stay there. The property manager sucks. They will try to screw you when you move out. They are not willing to help you in any way. Read up on your rights as a resident under Florida Statutes because they will walk all over them.
