  I came into the Tyrone Mall location looking for an Xbox One Power Cord, after being informed by a Store Associate (I believe she may have been a manager), that they weren't carried in the store but one could be shipped to my front door for $53.49, I agreed. However, I was expecting my package to arrive between Friday, 9/22/17 and Friday, 9/29/17. I called on 9/25/17 to check the status of my order and I was told my Roly at the Customer Care line that my package was left at the front door around 9AM the morning of 9/25/17. I was home the morning and afternoon of that day and no one ever knocked a nor was there a package left at my door. As a professional in the Customer Service business I think it is very important to be thorough and inform the customer as much as possible when making any purchase, after speaking to Roly, he informed me that the item I ordered was refurbished which was not mention to me during my transaction with Stephanie (459992). I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience at this store and the way things are handled. Not to mention, I've called and called the number for that GameStop store on my receipt and no one ever picks up, I just rings and rings and then eventually hangs up after so long so only left me to call Customer Service and be placed on hold for over 15-20 minutes. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!

  Solid selection. Friendly service. On occasion certain staff members will try to hard to push sales instead of focusing on the task at hand. Scrawny dude with tattoos going up his arm has a bad attitude. He is disinterested in doing his job and helping costumers.
