    Avoid Jene’s Tropical fruit trees and Nursery for landscaping jobs. After sale service is terrible. I contracted with them to do 2 things; Install new plant material AND re work the current sprinkler system to ensure new plant locations were well watered. This job was thousands of dollars.

    .Within 30 days, several of the plants began to die. When I did some digging around, I discovered that the plastic container that plants come in, had never been removed from some of the plants! I had contacted Jene no less than monthly for several months. She would promise to get out there and “see what was going on” but after months of repeated attempts, she nor any of her crew ever showed up.

    She kept insisting it was lack of water but, I reminded her that she was responsible for (and paid to) making sure the re worked sprinklers would provide ample water.

    I gave her another chance to salvage the customer experience prior to writing this review but she just ignored me. Bottom line is that if you want to buy some plants that you can’t find at Home Depot for 40% less, then have at it. But don’t hire Jene's nursery to do any landscaping jobs.
