  I planned a massage and facial for myself and my boyfriend here a couple days ago in which the front desk told me to bring him in early so he can fill out paperwork and I made it very clear to schedule us at the same time 10 am. We were both really looking forward to it since I leave for work in Vegas tomorrow and my boyfriend strained his back at work. It was supposed to be a date for us as well. When we got there this morning the front desk told me that she only had me scheduled for my facial and nothing for him. So we left. Our morning and date ruined. Also Ive gotten some weak massages and specifically asked for my neck and back to be focused on which was not taken into consideration. The staff is always really nice, though, and I got a really interesting deep tissue here and learned a lot from the technician. I wont be coming here anymore though due to the major inconveniences even though it is so close to my house.
