  I called to make an appointment. My insurance company says they are accepting New patients. I have been going to the same doctor for 10 years and asked for referral for a doctor in New city I was moving to. When I called the staff was very rude. They didnt even give me chance to say I was a referal. They hung up the phone! How rude and unprofessional. What ever happened to courtesy , professionalism, caring??
