  HORRIBLE!!!! My fiancé took three suits to Peters Cleaners for dry cleaning. He planned on wearing the suits for our wedding and the events during our wedding weekend. The suits were custom suits. PETERS CLEANERS RUINED the buttons on two of the suits and ripped the pants of another. We know they did this because he tried this suits on prior to taking them there to see which ones he wanted to wear and there was no damage. This all happened just three days before the suits were to be worn. PETERS CLEANERS OFFERED NO APOLOGIES, NO REFUND, NO REPAIR, NOR COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE. In fact they called him a liar and were extremely rude. We are now forced to look for someone who can fix the damage on such a short notice. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix - which they would have gotten a consistent repeat customer since we live one street away, we will make sure never to use them again. I hope management/ownership reconsiders they way they do business. I know if I acted that way, I would have no clients. Good luck
