  I am very happy that pinellas county tax collector still accepts Charter Fishing licenses in all their office locations. At this particular location I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes even though the office was full, they are organized well enough that if you have your paperwork together everything moves smoothly. To add to that the gentleman at the reception desk checked me out while he gave out tickets to the incoming individuals, and guess what, he didn't break a sweat. He was actually very pleasant and competent. I have to commemorate pinellas county for not stooping to the levels manatee county has in their quest to ruin their own government. Thank you!
