  They never answer the phone when it comes to medical records. I had to press the button to make an appointment just so I could speak to someone and the lady I talked to seemed to have an attitude when I told her I was calling about my medical record. I've left voicemails trying to get my medical record and haven't recieved a call back, I even sent them a letter in the mail 2 weeks ago regarding my medical record that I need for my recruiter....still haven't heard back from them.
