  Andre has been exactly what I needed. As a 43-year old tennis player who just had a first baby boy, I sorely needed someone who would work with me in a thorough, patient manner to start re-building sorely needed overall fitness and increase my energy levels. I appreciate the fact that Andre has focused on teaching me how to work out properly--with correct technique designed to instill good training habits longterm--rather than trying to take things too fast and overdoing workouts with heavy weights as many other trainers would likely have been prone to do. The result has been a continuous improvement in the most important aspects. Clearly a master motivator, he understands when to push while recognizing when to not ask too much. I look forward to continuing to elevate my fitness level with him longterm. Highly recommend.
