  Gulfport FL location is TERRIBLE. Ridiculously lazy staff arguing and yelling through the office, faulty check-in system (three people walked out on them while I was there), rude and unhelpful phlebotomists, confusing billing system and DIRTY BATHROOM! Completely unsupervised/unmanaged facility. The ONE bright spot in this whole operation is the Latina woman who attended my husband today (I was not so lucky). She needs to leave and go somewhere worthy of her. Not only will I not be back to this location, I'll not go to another Quest based on this experience and on the reviews of other locations in the area. SAD.
