  If I could give a zero I would. It started as soon as I walked up to the door. The hostess didnt say hello, waited till me and mine approached her then said nothing as she sat us down. Then the "lovely waitress" did not greet us just threw down some napkins and didn't show back up for 5 mins. We got our drinks 15 mins. Later where she then asked if we were ready to order like obviously we are. So then a half hour goes by, we've seen a family leave, a couple wait as long as us, and had a rude waitress that slammed down our drinks and was completely condescending and rude. Then just when you thought there could be a come around I had bbq sauce on the side of one of my chickens which I eat plain and my brother's burger was burnt. He requested a new one which took 10 mins. And it was bloody! Not spurts, bleeding out when he cut it open. The management came out and was not impressive either. Didn't apologize just said I saw it was also bloody ill pay for your meal. Seriously? No you should be like I'm so sorry that has happened to you please let me take care of this so you don't have to remember us a shitty restaurant. Please if you have any sense don't go.
