  Tiffany in the office was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Darryl was also helpful and friendly at the lot. No one wants to have to visit the impound, so their positivity didn't add to what was already a terrible experience for me!!

  Nice people there. It is a impound yard so I'm sure people are mad at them and hate them but those of us who aren't criminals look at them as good people
