  Worst customer service ever. Went 4 days prior to get a fridge older gentlman told me they can fix it for less than cost of a fridge. Told me id be first for service today saturday. I called 8 in the morning making sure to confirm appointment and made sure they had my number. Was told i was and they would call 30 mins prior to coming. Waiting 3 in a half hours heard nothing left to run an errand on the way home i called to see if i needed to reschedule. I was in hold for a few minutes then some rude guy came on the phone told me they came in the morning and left a tiny piece of paper in my door. He said he didnt have my number on the paperwork which is ridiculous and then he was rude to me and acted like this was my fault. Said non the less... so what i had to say meant nothing and my daughter amd i have been getting food out of a ice chest for 4 days while i waited on these jokers.... so sad how there are no professional's anymore. Barley anyone cares about good customer service. Thats what this guy showed me. GO TO AMERICAN APPLIANCES WAY BETTER PEOPLE AND SERVICES
