  I went to this dental office at the st.petersburg location back in October. However, before he could perform the work he had to get approval from my insurance. He said he would get back to me. Of course he never did. I called 2 days ago and they booked me to come today. (12/14/2017). I am morally compelled to let anyone or any family know that this Thomas Quillan is not only a poor excuse for a dentist, but a poor excuse for a human being.
