  I recently moved from New York City to a house that I purchased in St. Petersburg and I realized I needed new shades and blinds. I saw Budget Blinds advertised on HGTV and contacted Karen who is Customer Service Rep for my area. She was pleasant and wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the product. She had Matt come out for the consultation and to measure my windows. I ended up buying Solar Shades and Plantation Shutters for the whole house. They were professional from start to finish and Matt was a perfectionist and everything was beautifully installed and fit perfectly. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors who need great blinds and shades installed. I also did all my homework regarding pricing and they were very reasonable for a quality product and installation. One does not find such excellent customer service that Karen and Matt exhibited in this day and age.
