  These people are all about money and treating those who live here very badly, that is why everything here is for sale.. they are from the UK and are trying to to business like the OWO... we were a of 55 park ... they made it so expensive and still are finding ways to rape the elderly here... they are nasty and diffucult to deal with... but most of all , this used to be an military base. There are many places here that everything you try to grow dies... all of the soil had to be removed and still it's not totally gone... BE CAREFUL. .. THE new siding they are using to rehab trailers when they have run the last owner away are like paper thin and won't last a year... they don't comply with code and have been in trouble several times for not pulling permits on jobs here... run as we are .... save yourself...facts... check them out well.
