  Purchased our 1st home in St. Petersburg with Direct Express. Our agent Mary went above and beyond to help us locate our home. She worked nights, weekends, and early mornings to accomodate our busy schedule. During the process of losing the contract on 1 home due to the appraisal and not having our contracts accecpted on several others, she was always willing to start all over again with us. She was never pushy or aggressive to try and make a sale. When we has issues with the appraisal company Mary and Joe went to bat for us and made it right even when the issue was with another company. We would def recommend this company and agent!!
