  Had Duncan Roofing replace my roof in approx 2007. Of course, courteous and on time then. Signed a legal and binding agreement with the company to repair any repairs that should come my way. Now, 2017, called twice to fix a small leak in kitchen area. First time they went out they said some debris was found under a shingle. Did nothing else and had to call to get update on repairs done. Called again in November 2017 for same problem. Promised a "technician" to respond. NEVER SHOWED. And upon questioning this, Tiffany went into a long story about the technicians medical issue he had that day. Understandably out of this guys control. But, business does go on. No call to reschedule, no updates, nothing. We now have a new repair date - we'll see. If this is the professionalism and false promises to their clients, your company will eventually fade out. Word will get out and people, including the media, will hear about this business.
