  I went to this shop after a truly incredible experience at Malindys down the street, so I had a lot of expectations for this store. As we were walking up we heard a bride and her entourage say, "If we ever go back there, we have to make sure we DON'T ask for her." I immediately wanted to turn around and run. Despite the comment we pushed through the doors into a smelly unorganized "boutique." The staff rushed us to sit down in a corner and fill out the paperwork. I already had the dress I wanted in my mind so I began explaining what I was looking for. She went behind this "secret" curtain no one else could look through to pull dresses. Dress after dress I had to stare at this girl's unshaven armpit. Each dress was worse than the last and she would not let us browse which was ridiculous. The dressing rooms are tiny, you can see through the curtain and she had no sense of privacy. I finally told her EXACTLY word for word what I was looking for and she says, "They don't make dresses like that." And proceeses to say she wanted to throw something else at me. I am getting married on a beach, I was looking for light and airy, and this "stylist" brings out a full on lace ball gown. I was like, this is not what I am looking for. Shes like I have a bride getting married in this exact gown on Key West next weekend. Well good for her lady but you're NOT listening to me! After about 20 ridiculous dresses she says, "Well lets put on your favorite and be done with it (my favorite was just one I said I liked to get her to stop)." I wanted to throw a dress AT her. She was so rude and had NO concern for my feelings or expectations for my dream dress. Don't waste your time brides; go to Malindys down the street. They are just fabulous and in tune with you.
