  The Baywalk "Mall" was virtually deserted so we took our high end bikes into the enclosed mall area and locked them next to the non-functioning escalator and went into Happy Feet to look for a specific pair of shoes. We were minutes away frompurchasing two pairs of 100.00 shoes when one of the employees rudely announced that we had to move our bikes at that moment or security was going to cut them loose and take them. We both put our shoes and socks on and went to move our bikes----to our home. Had that employee approached us (we had bike helmets) to ask if those were our bikes and had he personally informed us that it would be best to move them or security might come, we probably would have had a different reaction and would have been wearing new Kenhos right now. Nice store, lots of nice shoes, poor customer interaction.
