  Great hotel! Friendly and courteous staff! We had a small problem in bathroom with sink and toilet, advised desk attendant, within 5 minutes Dawn was there to fix both problems! She was great!! She was friendly and very apologetic for the problems and worked quickly to fix them. Thank you Dawn for the great care and concern you showed towards us while we were there! You are definitely a team player! We live in town yet needed a place to stay for three nights while work was being done on our condo, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you again ALL Holiday Inn Employees!!

  Our room was immaculate. On the ground floor convenient to the pool, lobby & ice. The staff was superb. Friendly and attentive. Great place to stay while exploring the area. We will be back.
