  Spoke to store manager (Christian Velez) yesterday .He Said they would have no problem rotating my tires . He was very informative and polite . Made a appointment for the next day at 930. I arrived at 9:05 . I was greeted about 5 minutes after standing at front desk.
  Told the gentleman I had a appointment to get my tires rotated . He walked in the garage without saying a word . Came back a few minutes later . Took my info and said we'll get to it shortly .
  I then asked how long would it be he informed me it would be a hour and fifteen minutes before it was done .
  That's absurd for a tire rotation and I had a appointment .
