  I called to have one of their ac techs come out to clean and give my unit a tune up. I explained to their dispatch what the problem seemed to be. She stated that she would have to send out their specialist and that there would be an up fee of $69.00. Their service guy came out but did not clean, fix, or add Freon. He looked at the unit and measured the coolant level, made sure it was producing cold air, which it was. He stated that they don't carry that type of Freon anymore and told me that although the unit seemed to be working fine, it was an older unit and would need replacing. He would have to send over a different guy for estimates of costs. We set up the appointment for 8am but the guy did not show. I called and was told that he had calls in Tampa first and that he would be able to stop by around noon. I canceled my reschedule. So far, my experience with 1 Hour Air has been to pay an expert $69.00 to do nothing and to wait around for 4 hours. Decided to go with someone else. Best decision ever!!!
