  They have a system where you sign in when you visit and wait until they call your name. There were a few customers that were confused and/or didn't register properly. They were waiting a long time. We were there for what should have been a quick phone exchange (broken for recently arrived new phone). We were expecting a 5-10 minute quick visit. It took about an hour and a half. On a minor note: They set out lifesavers, but don't have garbage cans for the wrappers.

  Make sure whatever deal you get in writing on paper , other than the occasional con at that location. Sprint says the location is a corporate repair location but neither is true. It is a independent owned store that is and is not a corporate location. They claim they are a repair location but they mail all the repair phones to a different location. And if you need a loan phone forget it , because who ever heard of a repair location without a loan program while they mail your phone off for the next 1 to 2 months. Ugh! Unfortunately it is the only repair location within a 100 mile radius according to sprint customer service , just like their phone towers ! No wonder why there has been 40 percent roaming most of everyweres right

  Went into store to pick up a backup phone as my regular phone needed replacing. I paid cash for my phone, left and used it for a few days.. The replacement came in a few days later and I attempted to return the phone they gave me bc it was a piece and they couldn't provide the mere $175 refund I paid for the backup. They said come back anytime and they'll have cash. I returned this afternoon for a refund, and still the same problem. What retail store doesn't carry an amount of cash on hand?

  Don't buy the $130 charging package for the S9!! It only comes with one cord that fits the S9, the rest of the cords, like for the car charger, are the old kind!! And the charging stand is a joke; the cord is only 6 inches long. I have no idea what it's good for or where you would put it. So you're paying $130 for one cord!!
