  TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. I lived at this apartment for 1.5years. The maintenance staff is great, very kind and great people with great work ethic. The office staff? TERRIBLE. They are incredibly rude and do not uphold ANY moral principals. They will tell you one thing and a couple weeks later act like it never happened. They do not take responsibility for their actions. I was told one month before i was moving out that everything was taken care of for my move out, all i had to do was clean out the apartment and leave the keys on the counter... then AFTER i moved 1,000 miles away apparently i had to sign paperwork before i left and will be charged an entire month's rent for not doing so! And my security deposit? My roommate and I were charged for leaving the dishwasher and stovetops dirty? Ridiculous LIES! All their lies added up to US OWING THEM even after they took our full security deposit. The office staff does not take accountability for their actions or what they do. It is appalling. I have never, EVER dealt with such rude, inconsiderate people in my life. The office staff have NO consideration for others and it is surprising to me that they believe that they can work in a field that involves interacting with others. The apartment itself was fine, our apartment was updated and we barely had issues, the maintenance staff are wonderful, but the office staff? So terrible it makes it not worth living at that complex AT ALL. One woman from the office, especially, should have been fired YEARS ago. She is by far, the worst person i have ever had to deal with in my life. She does not care at ALL for anyone but herself, her job and taking your money! Absolutely disgusting.

  The front office staff are awful. They do not care about the tenants, and there is no degree of professionalism. Unresponsive, dismissive and condescending. That is what you can expect from start to finish. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT WORKING WITH TAMARIND BAY.
  
  Dear management company, please get rid of Anna. She is dreaded among tenants, and people don't renew because of her.
