  I'm no expert on jet skis, or St. Pete, but I chose this rental outfit for it's proximity to Shell Key area and because, unlike a lot of other places, it's about a 3 minute no wake ride until you're at full throttle, which seems exceptional. We showed up without a reservation on a weekday during spring break, and after getting boating licenses and excellent instructions, including map and where to go, they had us on the water immediately without a wait. The jet skis were great - fast and fun. You might find a little cheaper elsewhere, but you get what you pay for, and the equipment, guidance/instruction/service here were worth every dime. Next time I'm tempted to do their jet ski tour. Based on one experience, I highly recommend this business.
