  I hired West Coast Jewelry to restore a badly damaged diamond tennis bracelet. Susie Crump gave me two vastly different options: to do a simple repair and get the bracelet to a "wearable" state, OR to restore it in a "like-new" state *at more than twice the price). Though the second option was more expensive, I'm happy she offered this option.
  
  I chose the latter and now sport a GORGEOUS diamond tennis bracelet in all its original sparkling beauty. I am so happy I chose this option. Susie was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and very personable.
  
  You can TRUST this woman! She knows her stuff and does exactly what she says and in the time frame specified. I would recommend her to ANYONE.

  I've had the pleasure of seeing the jewelry provided by West Coast Jewelry Consultants and own a few gorgeous pieces. Susie is wonderful to work with; very patient, kind, honest and a wealth of knowledge about stones, metals, quality etc.
  
  I recently gave her a piece that I thought could be altered but she explained what altering it would do and gave me sound advice in making the decision as to which way to go. Not many jewelers would do that. I trust her completely and highly recommend her services!
